Effect Description
An ancient spell focus of a Lumiran curse that wiped out the High Athar civilization. It has a form of the granite obelisk, engreaved with mystic runes.
Once per session: gain +10 misc. bonus, -2 discount to casting storm, and grant damage-immunity from this storm to domestic units.
Relic: Cast Archmagi's Lament with a +10 misc. bonus and at 50% cost. If unsuccessful, sacrifice this artifact. After Archimagi's Lament is fully resolved, lose this artifact and the target of Archmagi's Lament gains a progress quest to recover it.
